From my first bite of focaccia when traveling in Italy, I was hopelessly smitten with the delicious taste of olive oil soaked baked goodness. It's nothing at all like what passes for focaccia here in the California. I've been baking focaccia bread now for about 8 years, adapting from old recipes, and improving ingredients, technique, and equipment over time.
I'm now offering authentic Italian focaccia to local friends and neighbors by order. Each loaf is about 1-1/2 pounds depending on what toppings you want. The default toppings are kalamata olives, chopped onion, chopped garlic, and fresh chopped rosemary. The price is $10 per pound, so a full loaf is about $15. Minimum order is $5. Local delivery is available.
